Tabitha Magner

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Tabbie is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who has a passion for working with adolescents and their families in helping support family communication during transitional years. She is celebrating her first year working and living in Tahoe after earning her Masters in bilingual therapy at San Diego State University. Tabbie speaks both English and Spanish and loves to implement theories of linguistic justice, working alongside clients to express themselves in the ways they are most comfortable. She also loves being outside and finds joy in embracing how we can find connections in nature and therapeutic healing. She believes therapy can be an important space to practice leaning into the vulnerability of sharing and exploring emotions. Tabbie enjoys working from a systemic, strengths based perspective- empowering folks to be the experts in their lives and guide in their own therapeutic journey. She hopes to support the Tahoe community with a therapeutic space that feels collaborative and affirming of clients and their experiences.
